Change in Constant

Lockdown is a trippy experience.

It feels like everything is stuck while time is just chugging along as usual.

Which meant I had more time stuck at home to observe the tree in my backyard change colours to a stunning myriad of pink, orange, and yellow before losing all its leaves.

Now I look out at this deciduous tree while remembering the old adage "if winter comes, can spring be far behind?"

Anyway. That's all very deep and whatnot for me to say - look! I painted the tree in my backyard!
